Summary
Getting started in KnowledgeFlow means choosing an assistant, then asking your question by typing or speaking. You can also use the Improve Prompt button before sending a message if you want to make your prompt clearer and more specific. The assistant you select determines the prompt and knowledge base used for that conversation.
Use case
Scenario
A user needs help with a policy question, then later wants to switch to a bid-related task without starting from scratch. They open the PrivateGPT assistant, ask their first question, and then move to a different assistant from the left-hand menu when the task changes. Each assistant gives answers based on its own context, so the user gets more relevant results for the job in hand.
Benefits
- Lets you start a conversation quickly by typing or speaking.
