Summary
The response action bar can show several buttons at the bottom of an assistant message, including Copy, Email, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and CSV. The Copy button and feedback buttons are always visible, while the export and sharing buttons depend on the current content of the response — for example, the CSV export will only show if there is a table in the response.
Use Case
Scenario
A user receives a long assistant response and wants to share it with colleagues in different formats. They copy the text for quick reuse, email the response to someone else, export it as a PDF for filing, save it as a Word document for editing, create a PowerPoint version for a meeting, or download CSV output when the response contains tabular data.
Benefits
- Gives users several ways to reuse the same response without retyping it.
- Supports different sharing needs, from quick copying to formal document export.
- Keeps the interface simple by placing all actions in one place under each response.
