It supports infinite scroll for browsing long histories, source filtering (All, Teams, Web), and displays each conversation with clear visual indicators, such as badges for Teams chats. Users can rename, delete, or revisit any conversation, and the interface adapts for both desktop and mobile devices.
The system ensures that all conversations—whether from the web app or Microsoft Teams—are unified in a single, searchable history, preserving continuity and making it easy to pick up where you left off.

Scenario:
A user switches between the web app and Microsoft Teams for their work conversations. With Chat History, they can view, search, and manage all their conversations in one place, regardless of where they started. For example, after discussing requirements in Teams, the user can continue the conversation in the web app, access previous messages, or refer back to important information without losing context.

Walk Through
Viewing Chat History
- Open the Chat History sidebar from the main interface.
- The first 50 conversations load automatically.
- Use the filter tabs (All, Teams, Web) to narrow your view.
- Tabs display the count for each source.
- The active filter is highlighted for clarity.
Browsing and Loading More
- Scroll down to see more conversations.
- Click the Load More button at the bottom to fetch the next 50 conversations.
- Infinite scroll ensures you can access your entire conversation history, regardless of length.
Managing Conversations
- Click a conversation to open and continue it.
- Rename a conversation by clicking the ✏️ icon, editing the title, and saving.
- Delete a conversation by clicking the 🗑️ icon and confirming the action.
- All actions update the list instantly.
Visual Indicators
- Teams conversations display a 📱 badge next to the title.
- Web conversations have a 🌐 badge.
- The interface adapts its empty state message depending on the selected filter.
