KnowledgeFlow™ Terms Of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

KnowledgeFlow is supplied by Leading AI Ltd. By accessing or using KnowledgeFlow, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation (“Customer”) and that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use KnowldgeFlow.

2. Licence and Access Rights

Access to KnowledgeFlow is granted solely to authorised users of the organisation that has purchased a licence. You may use KnowledgeFlow only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the Customer’s contractual agreement with Leading AI Ltd. All other rights are reserved.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to KnowledgeFlow, its underlying models, code, architecture, and documentation are owned by Leading AI Ltd (or its licensors). You acquire no ownership rights by virtue of these Terms or your access.

4. Use of AI-Generated Content

KnowledgeFlow generates outputs using automated AI-based processes. Such outputs are generated from the prompts you enter and the underlying Large Language Model without human review. Leading AI Ltd and the Customer make no representation that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You remain solely responsible for verifying and validating all outputs before relying on them.

5. User Responsibilities

You must:

Keep your access credentials to KnowledgeFlow secure and confidential.
Use KnowledgeFlow only for lawful purposes.
Not introduce any malicious code or attempt to reverse engineer or extract underlying data, models, or code.
Not use KnowledgeFlow to misuse personal data or infringe the rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) of any other person or organisation.

6. Data and Privacy

In using KnowledgeFlow you must comply at all times with all applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All data processed through KnowledgeFlow is subject to your organisation’s data privacy policies and may be processed securely by Leading AI Ltd under strict confidentiality agreements. Your inputs to KnowledgeFlow are used solely to generate answers and are not used to train public AI models.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

KnowledgeFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for purpose or accuracy of AI outputs.
Except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), neither Leading AI Ltd nor the Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of KnowledgeFlow including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Each limitation and exclusion applies separately to Leading AI Ltd and to the Customer, who may each rely on it directly under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

8. Suspension or Termination of Access

Your access to KnowledgeFlow may be suspended or terminated at any time by Leading AI Ltd or the Customer for breach of these Terms, system security reasons, or cessation of the Customer’s underlying licence.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Variation of Terms

These Terms may be amended from time to time without notice. Your continued use of KnowledgeFlow after changes are displayed constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
