Problem
The firm have a large knowledge base of information covering their company practices, legal rules and regulations that staff are required to understand, interpret and apply to individual cases. The Company were conscious that their staff were using open Chat GPT to interpret, summarise and interrogate their internal documentation, resulting in potential leaking of company info into the public domain.
Solution
We built a private and secure enterprise-level generative AI “Knowledge Base” solution. It is trained on the firm’s internal documentation and selected national legal rules and regulations. This gives staff access legal guidance and information quickly, privately, and securely.
Outcome
The Knowledge Base streamlines the process for staff finding and summarising the correct information, allowing staff to quickly and effectively respond to queries. The solution resulted in more consistent internal and external communications written in the firm’s in-house tone and style.
