Problem
Like lots of IT companies, they need to regularly bid for new business. They had lots of good content and technical documentation to demonstrate their capabilities, but there was only one, relatively junior person dealing with bids which created a risk if they left. They had tried using open-source models but were concerned about differentiation from competition.
Solution
We set up an AI “Bid Writer” trained on their marketing, technical and policy documentation. We also produced a training guide so that any member of the team could use the tool.
