V5.2 October 2026

📊 Two Ways to Work with Spreadsheets

You can now choose how KnowledgeFlow handles a spreadsheet, right under the message box. Pick Whole sheet for one answer about the whole file, or Each row to apply the same instruction to every row, such as writing a target for each student. Your default for new chats is still set in Documents settings.

🧠 Edit Your Saved Memories

You can now change the wording of anything you have saved in My Memories, as well as delete it. No need to delete a memory and save it again to fix a detail.

📄 Exports in Your Organisations Word and PowerPoint Layouts

Downloads can now follow Word and PowerPoint templates your organisation has uploaded, so reports come out looking like your own documents. Your organisation’s administrator needs to set this up with your company template before it is available.

🔒 Personal Information (PII) Redaction

Names, addresses and similar personal details can now be removed from your question before it is sent to Microsoft Foundry for an answer, then put back into the answer you see. This means personal details never leave your organisation’s own Microsoft Azure environment. You still see the real details, and a small Protected note shows when this has happened. To have this switched on for your organisation, contact support@leadingai.co.uk.

🔗 Bring Information from Your Other Systems into Chat (Beta)

KnowledgeFlow can now bring key information from your organisation’s other systems into a conversation, so you have the details you need beside the chat. For example, a housing association could bring a resident’s details into a conversation while replying to their enquiry or repairs request.

This works where your organisation has worked with us to connect KnowledgeFlow to that system and agree what information it can access and who can see it. The feature is in beta, and we are working with customers to find the right uses for it. If you would like to explore it for your organisation, contact support@leadingai.co.uk.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed citations attaching to the wrong reply when scrolling back through a chat
  • Fixed answers occasionally disappearing after they had appeared
  • Fixed replies sometimes failing while the assistant was looking something up
  • Fixed folder and file lists staying on a light background in dark mode
  • Fixed the “add from a web address” window being cut off by the header
  • Fixed the terms checkbox not working from the keyboard; you can now tick it with Space or Enter, and Accept stays unavailable until you do
