How it works

  1. Your documents stay where they are — inside your own secure cloud tenant. KnowledgeFlow reads them; it never copies them out.
  2. When someone asks a question, KnowledgeFlow finds the most relevant passages in your documents and uses them to answer — in plain English, with the sources shown.
  3. Each assistant (Policy Buddy, Tenant Enquiry Handler, BidWriter and the rest) is a specialised view onto your knowledge, with its own permitted documents and audience.
  4. Administrators control who can use which assistant and which documents each can see — all from one console.
